WHERE CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
You can receive your purchase at the shipping address you have provided or, if you prefer, you can specify a delivery address different from the customer's address.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
From the time of purchase, the estimated delivery time is 48/72 hours, except for personalized products which take 15 business days. For international shipments, Balearic Islands, and Canary Islands (check based on destination). During sales periods, this delivery time may be affected.
HOW MUCH DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING COSTS?
- Spain (Peninsula + Balearic Islands only): 5 Euros
- For other destinations, when processing the order and before proceeding with payment, the website will indicate the shipping costs that apply to the destination of the merchandise.
WHAT IS THE DELIVERY PROCESS?
Once your order is ready, we will send you a shipping confirmation email, indicating that your package has left our store. When the courier processes your shipment, they will send you your order tracking number and estimated delivery date via email.
Shipping and Returns
All our non-customized orders are delivered within 48-72 hours to mainland Spain, from the order confirmation.
This period may be extended during sales, Black Friday, or specific promotions, without entitling the customer to compensation for delays.
Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, as well as international shipments, may be subject to additional customs and/or import duties to the order amount and shipping costs already applied by Nait Nait.
- Canary Islands (approx.): €17 DUA + 7% IGIC
- Ceuta and Melilla (approx.): €30 DUA + 7% clothing / 10% footwear IPSI
These costs will be assumed by the customer.
For orders with personalized or pre-order products, the estimated delivery time is 15 business days. In the case of shipments to the Canary and Balearic Islands, the estimated transport time to the destination must be added.
For international shipments, the delivery time is 5 to 10 business days, depending on the destination country. If personalized products are included, the preparation time indicated above must be added.

The large oval Pink Pomegranates brush by Nait Nait, created in collaboration with Casalfe and 100% Made in Spain, is specially designed to make brushing thick hair easier, helping to detangle it without pulling.
The distribution of its bristles and its 360º edge-free design help prevent hair from snagging, getting damaged, or breaking during brushing. Additionally, the bristles are resistant to hair dryer heat, so you can use it as part of your regular hair care routine.
It is manufactured as a single piece of bristles, a feature that prevents hair from getting trapped between different elements and, at the same time, makes the brush very easy to clean.
Under certain conditions of humidity, temperature, electricity, or depending on the characteristics of the hair itself, some static electricity may occur. To reduce it, you can spray a couple of doses of water onto the brush and brush again.
