WHERE CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
From the time of purchase, the estimated delivery time is 48/72 hours, except for personalized products which take 15 business days. For international shipments, Balearic Islands, and Canary Islands (check based on destination). During sales periods, this delivery time may be affected.
HOW MUCH DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING COSTS?
- Spain (Peninsula + Balearic Islands only): 5 Euros
- For other destinations, when processing the order and before proceeding with payment, the website will indicate the shipping costs that apply to the destination of the merchandise.
WHAT IS THE DELIVERY PROCESS?
Once your order is ready, we will send you a shipping confirmation email, indicating that your package has left our store. When the courier processes your shipment, they will send you your order tracking number and estimated delivery date via email.
Shipping and Returns
All our non-customized orders are delivered within 48-72 hours to mainland Spain, from the order confirmation.
This period may be extended during sales, Black Friday, or specific promotions, without entitling the customer to compensation for delays.
Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, as well as international shipments, may be subject to additional customs and/or import duties to the order amount and shipping costs already applied by Nait Nait.
- Canary Islands (approx.): €17 DUA + 7% IGIC
- Ceuta and Melilla (approx.): €30 DUA + 7% clothing / 10% footwear IPSI
These costs will be assumed by the customer.
For orders with personalized or pre-order products, the estimated delivery time is 15 business days. In the case of shipments to the Canary and Balearic Islands, the estimated transport time to the destination must be added.
For international shipments, the delivery time is 5 to 10 business days, depending on the destination country. If personalized products are included, the preparation time indicated above must be added.

At Nait Nait, we have designed this waterproof changing mat with pockets with the goal of simplifying one of the most common tasks when we leave the house: changing the baby away from home.
It features two elasticated pockets where you can carry diapers, wipes, creams, and other essential items. This way, everything you need for the change is integrated into the mat itself, so you don't need to carry an extra bag.
Its design is especially practical when using a public wall-mounted changing station. This helps us avoid having to look for a surface to set our things down while preparing for the change. A simple solution to keep diapers, wipes, and creams organized within the changing mat itself and make changes away from home much more convenient.
When open, it provides a large surface to change the baby, and once finished, it folds up easily to take up less space and can be stored in the stroller bag or maternity bag.
